The Long Cross Hotel
Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, what is now the Long Cross Hotel began its life as a late Victorian gentleman’s residence. It is named after one of the oldest stone crosses in Cornwall which was erected in the sixth century and still stands today at the hotel's east gate.
Since January 2005, the hotel has been beautifully refurbished with all 17 bedrooms & suites benefiting from brand new ensuite bathrooms and interior design. All rooms have central heating, flat screen television/dvd combos, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryer. There is wireless broadband in the hotel bar. Some of the rooms have glorious sea or countryside views and many have the generous proportions, high ceilings and detailed features so favoured by the Victorians.
The exciting and innovative restaurant menu is prepared using local organic produce wherever possible and often includes vegetables from the garden at the hotel.
