Situated on the edge of Ilfracombe near open countryside and backing onto the stunning coastal path, yet it is still only a ten minute walk to the seafront and harbour quay in Ilfracombe.

Relax in the lounge - a wonderful comfortable contemporary space with retro leather armchairs & sofas. There is a fully equipped & stocked honesty bar for you to help yourself to a drink, or you can wander into the conservatory & help yourself to the extensive library of books & magazines.

Approached via a drive to its own car park, the house boasts impressive panoramic views across Ilfracombe to the sea.
